LaShawn has had a huge impact on our softball team this year. As a mental resource for us, LaShawn has helped us frame our culture and set clear expectations moving forward.
Our Saint Mary’s Softball team has faced adversity and is in a rebuilding stage. Every day we have to revisit our standards and our mission statement. Due to the work LaShawn has put in with our athletes, they have found confidence and have won two conference series this year, our first series wins in 3 years.
Our progress and growth has a great deal to do with the help of Right Choice Coaching, which I recommend to anyone with a goal or a dream.
